A few complaints but still a great value : Stork Craft Long Horn Bunk Bed, Espresso
The bed came shipped from Amazon via Ups. Box was damaged but the bed was relatively untouched.
Instructions were relatively clear. If you assembled Ikea furniture, its the same type of pictographic instruction. Just make sure you have the right leg pieces and match it to the photograph for that given step.
Quality and accuracy of institute made assembly a breeze.
Once assembled, the bed looks nice and is sturdy. The ladder is a bit misleading since it legitimately doesn't look like the photograph and is legitimately responsible for keeping both the top and bottom bunks together (very firmly).
I did add a miniature mod to the lower bunk feet. I added 1mm cork pads to prevent it from sliding on the hardwood floors. I'll also add an earthquake strap to bolt it to a wall stud for improved safety.
Overall we are very happy with the bunk bed. Box could have been made more sturdy with extra nylon strapping.
